How we use it
To run tournaments, verify eligibility, deliver room details securely, publish results and leaderboards (squad names and in-game names only), prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and send you service notifications.
What is public
Squad names, in-game names, BGMI IDs on rosters visible to teammates, and results. Your phone number is never shown publicly or to other players.
Sharing
Service providers acting for us (hosting, Google Firebase for authentication and notifications, our payment provider), sponsors only when you explicitly agree, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Results, audit and financial records are kept for as long as legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements need.
Your rights
You can access, correct or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact us via the support page.
Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted storage for sensitive match data, role-based admin access and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account.
